James C. Jarrett, Vice President

Mr. Jarrett has been involved in the Pittsburgh real estate community for over 25 years and has extensive marketing and leasing experience with commercial properties. His duties at Oxford include agency leasing…Park Place at Chapel Harbor in O’Hara Township, U-Parc in Harmar Township and the Omni William Penn in Pittsburgh…and third party brokerage.

Before joining Oxford, Mr. Jarrett worked as a Senior Leasing Representative with the E. V. Bishoff Company, where his responsibilites included the marketing and leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of office/retail space in the Pittsburgh’s Central Business District.  For fifteen years prior to that, Mr. Jarrett acted as Vice President of Leasing with Airport Office Center Associates in Moon Township, where he managed the marketing and leasing of a 450,000 square foot suburban office park, and negotiated agreements on over 700,000 square feet of new leases and over 1,000,000 of lease renewals, reflecting an aggregate rental income of over $95,000,000. Mr. Jarrett also performed similar duties for numerous in-house real estate partnerships that collectively owned over 600 acres along Pittsburgh’s Parkway West Corrider and over 300 acres near the Century III Mall in West Mifflin.  He began his commercial real estate career with Oliver Realty / Grubb & Ellis as a Leasing Manager in Pittsburgh after working with Ryan Homes, Inc., in Pittsburgh, as a Sales Representative and Assistant Production Supervisor.

Mr. Jarrett is a graduate of Grove City College and has continued his involvement in educational programs and coursework through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Real Estate Education Institute. Mr. Jarrett is a licensed broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jarrett resides in Peters Township, in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, with his wife and two children.
